This property sits at the top of buzzing Brick Lane and once used to be a leather factory, before being transformed into a five-storey cultural hub. When it comes to event spaces, there’s an abundance of different areas to hire – ten in case you’re wondering. The key rooms being… The Main Space which has an in-built stage and a Mezzanine area that overlooks it. Established and emerging artists often perform here but it’s spot on for conferences, awards and dinners. Then there’s three ultra-cool screening rooms, seating 59, 132 and 181 guests, kitted out with high spec equipment. Finally, Venue 1 and 2 oozes coolness with visible rigging and retractable seating, we recommend these spaces for techy events such as hackathons.
