Sat next to the Grand Union Canal in Hackney Wick and overlooking the impressive Queen Elizabeth Park, this victorian warehouse is a creative hub for innovative thinkers. Located on the third floor, Stable B is a raw and industrious space boasting exposed brick and unique vaulted ceilings perfect for conferences or gaming events. Alternatively, if you’re looking for a more polished space then the Waterfront Room is ideal, full of natural daylight and overlooking the River Lea. The Vinyl Factory
Set in the heart of Soho and hidden behind a record store you’ll find Vinyl Factory, a cool warehouse ideal for all manner of live events. The main gallery is a white washed space which can accommodate up to 320 guests exclusively, while the Rear Studio is a slightly smaller space which can be utilised as a breakout or for back-of-house and catering. It’s important to note that Vinyl Factory has endless branding potential, perfect for brands who are looking for a venue they can really put their stamp on.
Hydraulic Power Station
Built in 1890 and once used as the showcase building of the London Hydraulic Power Company, this beast of a venue in Wapping is one of a kind. Today, the venue still retains its raw and industrious charm featuring some of the original machinery and equipment alongside bare brick walls, exposed pipes and glorious high ceilings. Encompassing over 20,000 sq ft of space over several different rooms, the Hydraulic Power Station provides a dramatic backdrop and with the right lighting and production, soon becomes an engaging environment for large-scale live events.
This former factory in East London houses three connecting studios; White, Black and Warehouse, all of which vary in size and style. The main Warehouse space is impressive, featuring exposed brickwork and concrete pillars while the White Studio has more of a clean, crisp feel, boasting bright white walls and floor to ceiling windows. Finally, the Black Studio is a striking space with dark walls and a white photographic area.
