Whether it be spring, summer, autumn or winter, it’s never too early (or late!) to start the hunt for the perfect Christmas party venue for your office Christmas Party, or festive corporate event. The earlier the better to be honest, as London’s most exciting spaces will book up fast. So with a huge choice of Christmas party venues in London, how do you select one that is right for your brand, and on message for your event?

London lends itself to some spectacular and historic Christmas party venues, but it’s also home to some very cool and captivating urban spaces.

It can be hard to choose between the two distinct styles, so here’s our hand-picked selection of classic versus contemporary Christmas party venues from our London portfolio.

One Marylebone

Classically Christmas

Beautifully refurbished to the original designs of arguably England’s finest neo-classical architect Sir John Soane, this Grade I listed venue was built in the 1820s and boasts two exclusive spaces with a landscaped garden, moments from Regents Park. Soane’s architectural works are distinguished by their clean lines, careful proportions and skilful use of light sources (perhaps best seen in the first floor Galleries) and the stunning grandeur of One Marylebone offers endless possibilities to host a huge range of events, perfect as a truly special Christmas party venue.

An classical gem with huge national and and historical significance, One Marylebone showcases London’s past at its very best and is a stunning location.

Banqueting House

Gratifying Grandeur

Banqueting House, on Whitehall, is arguably one of the most impressive London venues in which to host any event, and certainly one of the grandest in our selection of Christmas Party venues. With influences from 16th Century classical Roman architecture, it was originally built as a banqueting house for King James I in 1622. The Main Hall is a remarkable space to host a Christmas party event and the jaw-dropping ceiling painting by Rubens, is guaranteed to leave your guests astounded. It can cater for up to 380 people for a sit-down dinner style event or a drinks style reception hosting up to 500.

Banqueting House’s rich and remarkable history, not to mention its grandeur and beauty, make it a one of a kind Christmas party venue – one that’s no stranger to high-end events.

Printworks

Pristine Presses

Printworks London was once the printing home of The Evening Standard, The Daily Mail and Metro newspapers for over two decades. Now, it’s one of London’s most spectacular event spaces, with six vast areas available to hire. This is an industrial, factory come warehouse, with a maze of corridors, nooks and crannies, some of which still contain the enormous printing presses which will be a guaranteed talking point amongst guests. The maximum capacity of the whole venue is 6,000 people, with each room able to host between 1,000 and 3,500 people.

For a slice of Fleet Street history and a truly blank space to make your own, the vibrant Printworks can’t be beaten.

Grace Hall

Seasonal Speakeasy

A former financial establishment built in the 1920s, Grace Hall has been transformed into a versatile events venue with its neoclassical architecture combined with modern styling. The Main Hall is the star attraction, with classic columns and high ceilings, ideal for a Christmas dinner or festive drinks reception. The Directors Observatory which overlooks the Main Hall would work as a more exclusive festive private dining experience. Let’s not forget The Archives and The Grace Below either; both have an ‘underground’ vibe that would lend themselves to an entirely different style of Christmas party.

For an event steeped in the thrill of the roaring 20s with a touch of speakeasy charm, Grace Hall hits the spot.
